At HankPets, we want your athletic companion to perform at their peak with the right gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your sporting needs, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
